Online Submission Instructions
We encourage invited authors to submit their manuscripts online. To use our online submission form, please contact your Production Editor for the web address, along with the username and password.
Helpful Notes for Online Submission
- If possible, please compress each file using, for example, WinZip, Stuffit, GZip. Then upload.
- Whenever uploading more than five files, we recommend compressing all contents into a single folder and then uploading.
- Always include a PDF file of your final manuscript, including figures and tables.
- If uploading revisions, please again include a PDF file of revisited text, figures, and/or tables.
